Representation and analyses of bacterial genome evolution data
  • Description

This data set consists of computer programmes written to run models and analyse the results, as well as the output from those simulations. Programmes are text files containing code written in the Python programming language to run in the mathematical computer software Sage. Code written was run on Sage. Data that was output was processed into PDF figures also using code written for Sage. There is a folder of text files (sage-code/filename.sage), and a folder of output (sage-output/) that itself contains several levels of subfolders. All files from the output are of formats .txt, .sage, or .pdf.
