The aim of the research was to examine the dorsalis pedis artery using five ultrasound parameters and evaluate for inflammatory interaction within the wall of the dorsalis pedis artery. The methods used quantitative analysis of the ultrasound parameters and correlation to two self reported outcomes. The ultrasound images and associated data were also used to create an imaging biomarker.
This dataset contains demographic data as well as results for five ultrasound parameters for participants with rheumatoid arthritis (n=40). The participant self-reported outcome Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Activity Index - 5 (RADAI-5) results are included. Foot Health Status Questionnaire (FHSQ) is in the dataset but were not required for this analysis. Medication is listed within the publication as a participant self-reported tally.
