The aim of the research was to examine the dorsalis pedis artery using five ultrasound parameters and evaluate for inflammatory interaction within the wall of the dorsalis pedis artery. The methods used quantitative analysis of the ultrasound parameters and correlation to two self reported outcomes. The ultrasound images and associated data were also used to create an imaging biomarker.
This dataset contains demographic data and data for five ultrasound parameters for control participants and participants with rheumatoid arthritis (n=94). It also contains the data for the self-reported outcome, Foot Health Status Questionnaire (FHSQ). Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Activity Index - 5 (RADAI-5) data is included but were not required for this analysis.
