Reliability of Ultrasound Imaging in Examining Integrity and Inflammation in the Dorsalis Pedis Artery dataset
  • Description

The aim of the research was to examine the dorsalis pedis artery using five ultrasound parameters and evaluate for inflammatory interaction within the wall of the dorsalis pedis artery. The methods used quantitative analysis of the ultrasound parameters and correlation to two self reported outcomes. The ultrasound images and associated data were also used to create an imaging biomarker. This dataset contains demographic data and data for five ultrasound parameters for control participants and participants with rheumatoid arthritis (n=20). The measurements for both observers are within this dataset. Coding 1 (observer 1 measurement 1), Coding 11 (observer 1 measurement 2), Coding 2 (observer 2 measurement 1), Coding 21 (observer 2 measurement 2). This dataset cannot be published openly due to ethics conditions. To discuss the project, please contact Robyn Boman 20640402@student.westernsydney.edu.au ORCID 0000-0001-9047-7950.
