    Survey dataset results to accompany findings presented at AUBEA Conference November 2022. Project description: Construction is human enabled. One significant opportunity to improve safety, decrease defects and increase productivity is through better interaction between professionals. Essential functions such as communication, motivation, planning and problem solving are strengthened with more positive engagement. However, site and office personnel have dissimilar career dynamics and working conditions leading to suboptimum behaviours and attitudes. These differences need to be addressed and minimised to improve company performance.
