    This study is the final of a PhD which is seeking to develop a set of recommendations on mental health self-care for Arabic-speaking refugee-like populations in Australia. Individuals from refugee-like backgrounds may have experienced war, torture and trauma and usually arrive in Australia through migration streams (family reunion or skilled migration programs), without official refugee status.
