Approximately 180 hours of audio- and video-recorded child-caregiver conversations in the Towet village dialect of the Nungon language of the Saruwaged Mountains, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea. Transcriptions accompany the audio and video recordings. Nine children were recorded longitudinally in either a non-dense study (recordings made for one one-hour session each month over two years, beginning at age 1;1-3;10) or a dense study (recordings made of four one-hour sessions within one week of each month, for five months).
