Mass spectrometry label-free proteomics on 56MeSS activity in A549 lung cancer cell line

    Mass spectrometry label-free quantitative protein changes in A549 lung cancer cell lines upon 56MeSS treatment. The data was generated with Synapt G2 Mass Spectrometer (Waters), processed and analyzed on Mass Lynx. The protein identification and quantification was achieved with Progenesis QIP (Non-Linear Dynamics) applying Ion Accounting search engine, and utilizing UniProt database curated catalogue. The parameters of analysis and identifications as described in Chapter 3 "Method and Materials".
